Can we be equal?

I think that we could never be equal, and even if there was a a way like in the story Harrison Bergeon life would be terrible. For everyone to have that much equality is a nightmare, no special anything. Everybody is good at something and there will always be someone better than you and you can't help that. To deprive people form their special abilities is so cruel and heartless. Everybody is special in their own way and nobody should be able to take that away from you.
